Your emergency plan, ready on the day of the crisis
Municipalities and inter-municipal bodies keep an emergency plan: who to call, which resources to send, what to do first. Memnis brings together what that plan needs on the day of the crisis.

Inter-agency links and resources
Municipalities, the inter-municipal body and the State authority are linked in Memnis. Sensors, cameras and a drone feed their municipality, each municipality lists its resources, and information moves up from level to level without being typed twice.
Warning and risk analysis
The warning is relayed: every agency receives it at the same moment and shares the same map. The flood simulation shows what is at stake: a school and a care home, to be sheltered first.
The operational response
Each municipality runs its own action sheets, and the actions reach the resources engaged. A mission can be given to a vehicle as well as to a person. AI helps decide: it finds the information, sums up the situation and proposes; the operator approves. The agencies act in concert.
Lessons learned and memory
Nothing is lost: the crisis can be replayed at any moment. Every warning, every decision, every action stays dated and recorded for the after-action review.
