Personal data
This site calls no third-party service: fonts, scripts, images and videos are all served from our own host. It sets no tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookie is a session cookie set when an invited person opens the restricted briefing area; it is strictly necessary for that access, holds no personal data, and expires with the invitation.
For invitations, we keep the invitee's name, email address and organisation, and a log of access to the briefing area (when it was opened and which videos were played), for at most one year after the invitation expires.
Requests sent through the contact form, and messages sent to contact@memnis.eu, are used only to reply to you and are never passed on. Form requests are stored on our own server in France and deleted after three years at most.
Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@memnis.eu, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
