What the facility depends on
Electricity, water, oxygen, IT, access roads. A failure outside quickly becomes a crisis inside.
Sectors · Healthcare facilities
A mass casualty influx, a power cut, a flood, a heatwave: the hospital has to hold when everything around it gets worse. Memnis helps the crisis cell see what threatens the facility, track its resources and work with the emergency medical services, the health authority and the State authority.
What you face
Electricity, water, oxygen, IT, access roads. A failure outside quickly becomes a crisis inside.
It is triggered within minutes. Everyone must know what to do, and the crisis cell must see what is being done.
Floors, departments, patients who cannot be moved. You need to know exactly which department is affected.
Emergency medical services, health authority, State authority, other facilities in the area: the crisis is managed with them, not alongside them.
In practice
The simulation shows the water will reach the access road and the car park during the night, and that the technical rooms in the basement are in the zone.
A substation goes down. Memnis shows what depends on it inside the facility, department by department, before the second failure arrives.
The action sheets open. Each step has an owner, and the crisis cell sees what is done and what remains to be done.
The request for generators goes to the authority that can meet it. The hospital and the State authority follow it until it is handled.
